Received a call to review policy but was a waste of time
I received a call from someone at king price to review my policy, they asked for all my details which I verified with the person that called me he kept me on the line for 15 minutes only to tell me that there is no discount available. So what was the point calling me for nothing to waste my time.

16 Jan 2026, 08:04Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!
