Reasonable premium rates

Reasonable premium rates. Service good although slow. Communication is poor, needs improvement a lot. They take more than 3 days at minimum to return a call. They do not follow up on pending issues. I have a claim that has not been attended to since November 2022. My last experience with Lumay Duplesses was excellent. She offered my best customer service I ever received from KP, especially on a Sunday
