really does not feel like Royal service..

Had an accident last year May..for someone who was bumped from behind I suffered more than the person who had pumbed my car.I paid my access in time to get my car back but to this day it is still not recovered.. I always have to be the one calling or sending emails to find out when I can get my money.Every time an agent will tell me they still dealing with it and arrogantly tells me this things take long and can even go for as long as 3 years..this makes me regret ever taking the insurance or claiming from you guys. I thought I can avoid this kind of service by not claiming by by self from the third party..<br>
