Called to cancel my cover because I found a better deal with better benefits at another insurer. Andries proceeded to railroad me, telling me what my new policy schedule supposedly said and hammering in facts that I repeatedly told him weren’t there. Then, he started accusing me of defaming King Price. I had to ask him multiple times to cancel my policy, which he ignored, giving me more false facts about my current policy. Eventually, he put me on hold and canceled my policy immediately. I told him I would like to finish the month I paid for, and he went on a tirade about how he did what I asked him to, how I wasn’t listening to him, and how I wasn’t talking to him. Seriously?? He wanted to ruin my 8 years of being fully insured with no claims just because I found a better option? I asked several times to speak to his manager, which he ignored, then blamed my behavior for the 'situation we were in', put me on hold, and the call dropped. LMAO. So, Andries, since you kept boasting about your 'number 1 on Hello Peter' rating, I figured I should check it out.
