Rate customer service

I spoke to a consultant from King Price to cancel my existing policy. I've sold my car and did not need an insurance at the time. With no hassles the consultant assists me in a very discreet manner. He listened to my story and even congratulate me on my upcoming. But what to the cherry on the cake, he said that they will refund my latest payment and that the money would be in my bank account in the following 10 day.

Wow! That is what I call customer service.
