Rachna is Queen!!!

This week after being disappointed by a few of the consultants at King price I was well received by Rachna who had excellent customer service, she went above and beyond what was expected of her. 1. She was the first person to ever noticed that I was calling from a cellphone and she offered to call me back 2. She was super professional and knowledgeable unlike the last few sales people including the manager (you go girl!!) 3. She took her time (45 min or so) to assist me. 4. She upsold me on cellphone insurance, I didn't have any yet she took the opportunity to see what else I needed. (really appreciate that) 5. Rachna deserves a serious promotion!!! I'm all about customer service and customer delight and boy oh boy did she knock the ball out the park on this one. We need more reps like Rachna please king price. I was so close to looking at other service providers as I was starting to doubt the service and abilities to accommodate clients after a screaming match with one of your consultants (Martin).
