R700 increase on my policy!
Increasing my premiums with R700 yes + R700. I was paying my premiums for 3 months I just got a call saying that my policy was incorrect, there was a fault with their system I must accept that they increase my policy from R1300 to R2000+. This is so unprofessional in many levels because I received policy confirmation and it stated that I was covered for comprehensive insurance and they say that was incorrect. HOW?
