Quotes process very cumbersome

I accepted a policy with vehicle #1. Took between 30-60 minutes. Couple day slater I ask for a quote for vehicle # 2 and some contents and all risk cover. 35 minutes gone. They email me a quote, I email them back and ask to add all risk items, they phone me very quickly and do a quote for the added two all risks items, 25 minutes gone. I ask OK what about the vehicle #2? No sir you have to redo that quote. But it was on the email you sent me yesterday? Can't you use that info? No sir, we need to spend another 30 minutes to redo that quote for you, and if you accept the quote we need to do "underwriting" with you where we repeat what you have told us. Why can't you access yesterday's quote and click on accept what is in the basket?
