quote activated and deducted without concent

I phoned call centre for a vehicle insurance quotation on 3rd March. All my details were captured during the conversation. I have numerous times requested that it merely is only for quoting and I will advice on the acceptance of same (review recording) needless to say the instalment amount were deducted from my account. after complaining about this issue and the money was due to be refunded as from the 3rd (10 days). I am still waiting after numerous calls to the call centrer.<br> <br> This is utterly unprofessional for a company of this nature. This was a mistake made by an consultant and should be rectified without me complaining to this matter.
