I contacted King Prince for a quote. The quote was R380 cheaper than my current Insurer.
I accepted the quote only to realise when I got the contract that there was an excess of R7500 per claim which at my current insurer was R0
I mailed their client care and a representative of King Prince phoned me and I explained the situation to him and he said that he would not activate the contract.
I got an e mail from King Prince the next day with the same contract and I again e mailed their customer care and told them that I gave specific instructions that the contract must not be activated.
They red my mail but no response.
I was then debited with the full premium on the 3rd of May plus the contract fee.
I sent them a mail on the 4th of May and again it was read but had no response up to now.
I am going to reverse the amounts debited tomorrow.
People beware of King Prince.
