Quick To Reject claims based on unqualified & unprofessional assessors Reports
Quick to reject claims, for any reason whatsoever. they send unqualified technicians to asses you claims and due to the lank of the technician he gave a blanket report on all. I had a lightning strike in my house, TV, fridge and built-in microwave were damaged. the technician admitted that the microwave was struck by light but the rest of the items were wear and tear. King price said they cant fix my microwave because it built in, and the other Items are wear and tear. how convenient is that.
the technician they sent said my fridges element and fan are not working but he didn't even know that the fan does not work when the fridge door is open.

09 May 2025, 08:24Yes, I did that, and they also think that the *********** report is valid. no one can explain to me why it is that all of the items stopped working all at the same time after being struck by lightning, and the one item they agree with that was hit by lightning is the one item that is not covered in my policy.
The very same technician told me that the fridge trips the power when the element switches on, but he doesn't put that in his report. he says the fan doesn't work, but the fan only works when the fridge door is closed.
What a biased report.

I have exhausted all internal processes, King Price wouldn't even send at least another qualified assessor to assess the products due to the substandard assessment that was done prior. Emailing *** is no help to me.
