Quick, kind and mostly extremely professional.

I can't lie, once we realised we had to claim for one of our portable possessions due to damage, we were dreading the process. Insurance companies do not have the greatest of reputations. We expected unfair rejections, unnecessary delays and stories as to why we could not claim.

We got the complete opposite in terms of service. We had to claim for a damaged iPad as we were told that the device could not be repaired. The claim was finalised in less then a week and we received a new iPad.

From the claim handlers, to the brokers to the assessors, everyone was extremely professional and most importantly, kind and more then happy to help.

The only problem is that my premium increased (which I do not understand, am I not supposed to ever claim?) but Diego helped me to reduce the premium by reviewing my premium and making some adjustments and offered some much needed advice as well.

I would highly recommend King Price Insurance to anyone who is need of insurance based on my positive experience.
