Quick, Efficient, Friendly service with an acceptable resolution
Debit this month was significantly higher than usual (admittedly I did not submit the mileage for one of my vehicles, but expected a much lower premium to be allocated).
Requested via the app for a call back and was called back within an hour even though I submitted the request around 7am.
Blessing Mfupi very quickly identified why (it was due to not submitting the mileage) and provided some options. The one I selected resulted in a refund as well as an acceptable premium going forward.
Very happy with the service provided.
