Quick, easy, methodical customer service
Mogomotsi Thipe made my life so much better today despite everything else falling apart recently.
Everything was quick and methodical and it didn't feel like I was talking to a robot that is asking me security questions. Hopefully other insurance companies take note of good customer service.
