Quick and efficient service

For the 5years I’ve been driving I’ve never had to claim from any insurance and always heard people who have, complaining about their insurance companies… Recently had an accident-I requested a callback I was contacted by Felleng Mokoena who made it so easy for me to relay what happened-it was like having a normal conversation and not feeling like I’m on an interrogation call.She was soo patient with me and thoroughly explained the process before ending the call.
