Quick and Efficient

I would like to compliment Brenden Naidoo and the team at King Price. I recently decided to switch insurance due to poor communication and service from my previous insurer. So far I have been very impressed by KP. After the initial policy arrangements were concluded a couple of weeks ago, I then decided to postpone the effective date. My phone call was answered within 10 seconds and Brenden explained that he would need transfer me to the correct department to assist. This was immediately dealt with and my policy amended in one telephone call... and I received a courtesy call back from Brenden 30 minutes later to ensure I had received the assistance I requested.
