Quick and Efficient
I requested a callback on the client portal and stated that I requested a review of my monthly premiums and received the call within a few minutes from a lady named Tumi Moleele. Within a few minutes she saved me almost R400 on my premiums without any hustles and that's highly appreciated. Thank you Tumi :)
