Question & a suggestion to King price

My policy number is KP*** I have been with King Price for 4 years - you a great company. Very affordable access and you process claims timely.I have 2 things to raise that i am not happy with. Firstly why do your premiums increase after claiming? My premium have been increased several times after claiming. Secondly improve on your communication or feedback. Feedback on a claim is not consistent especially when different consultants are involved - i got different information which was misleading on my last claim and this wasted resources (time and money). Ended up taking my car and finished repairs on my own. May be put notes on the policy so that whoever get to assist knows what was done last. After the dissapointment in service at King price one of your consultants in the claims department Rea Kgoathe assisted greatly with my last claim - kudos to her. She was patient and when she promised feedback yes i was first skeptical coz of past mis information but she gave feedback - which is one thing I value as a client.
