Queen to the King
Well, all I can say is brilliant. I have nothing but praise for the way the changes were made and Rachna is absolutely fabulous. She followed up with me when she could not reach me and stayed on it for my sake. Who still does that? Being called back several times due to my unavailability and it meant a saving for me. Rachna truly is one of the diamonds in the crown.
