Lerato Guam from 4Sure really outdone herself handling this claim number. Kp***. Before taking over I wasn't sure about the progress as I wasn't kept up to speed. Once I complained and she was allocated my claim. Progress prevailed as she kept me up to speed with the status of my claim. She called me twice a day. For that I say thank you and keep up that as a culture all the time.
