promises unkept
<p>My grandfather cancelled his insurance with King Price. ***. His account was debited with R666.01 and R245.00. After numerous complaints. King Price acknowledges it was taken off in error. Refund would take 10 working days. After 14 working days and two complaints afterwards, the R666.01 was refunded on the 20th May 2016. The full additional R245 is yet to be refunded. Now it is 17 working days over due. </p> <p>Please advise when his money will be refunded asap.</p>

Our sincerest apologies for the negative experience, due to an error the system only processed the refund of the premium and not the admin fee of R245, this has been corrected and the amount will be transferred tonight. Please allow 2 working days for the funds to reflect dependant on which bank the policy holder is with.
