Promises and Royal lies

You forced me to use Autohaus Randburg to fix my car after I warned you that they are useless. My car has gone back a second time to them to get fixed and according to them you supp**** the wrong parts so that is why my car is not fixed properly. I am sitting with no car,KP keeps telling me they will sort it out, you promised to have a manager call me today, what a lie I am still waiting. Are you going to pay all my Uber bills whilst you keep on coming up with excuses after specifically being told the panel beater you are forcing me to use will do a terrible job just like he did on my previous car which also ended up going back and forth several times before they could repair it properly. Your service stinks,that's why your insurance is cheap. Pay for nothing, you get nothing...horrible, horrible service
