This morning I went on the website and chatted to : JANE MAMPANE. I requested my policy number an a letter of confirmation. She gave me policy number and then my phone rang. I was shocked to see it it from King Price . She needed clarity what I need , to ensure she sent me the correct documentation. I received my letter, as per he confirmation. What a service !!!
