They made me oh insurance for my iPad device for months then all of a sudden, the call me and tell me that it’s not insured.

I kept trying to cancel the Insuarance and kept on having conflicting advise from their agents and I then kept paying until on day they started again calling me saying the device cannot be insured. I decide to cancel with them and requested my refund of all the months I paid the Insuarance and what do they do, the immediately cancel my Insuarance and claim that they will refund me.

Until now , I never received my money back despite calling them and the agents telling me that they will call me back but they never did until now. In a nutshell I was ****med by this Insuarance company
