I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Andrew from King Price Insurance for the professional manner in which he handled my claim.

At first, the investigation process felt intense and uncomfortable at times, but looking back now, I understand that he was simply doing his job thoroughly and professionally. Throughout the process, Andrew remained respectful, patient, and transparent, even when asking difficult questions.

What stood out the most for me was that despite the pressure that naturally comes with insurance investigations, he still treated us with professionalism and fairness, and ultimately ensured that the matter was finalized properly.
