Professional and efficient service King Price never fails :)

Yet again King Price delivers on friendly, professional and efficient service.

This time I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mandy Manning. Why I enjoyed this interaction, Mandy was extremely friendly and helpful irrespective of the time of the year. All customers do want is for their requests or issues to be resolved swiftly.

Another thing I must commend King Price on is that no agent has told me to hold because they need to check something with someone before actioning. This shows that staff are sufficiently equipped to handle almost any query on their own which definitely cuts the time it takes for a customer to get things done.

Well done again King Price.

I am sure this service will be maintained in 2020 especially with agents such as Mandy Manning.
