Professional and efficient call centre experience
We've just joined us with King Price and had a query with regards to our billing. It was very quickly and clearly dealt with by Chris Bell. I thank him for that. Especially after having several ********** call centre experiences in the last few days. A rarity - a pleasant call centre experience.
