Processing of Accident claim.

My car is currently parked at my garage and it's almost Two weeks now, I was involved in an accident and unfortunately it was Hit and Run situation. The car can still be driveble but it's condition don't allow me to drive it like that because it looks bad. King Price asked me to provide them with Bank Statement and Log trips, I've managed to give them my bank statement and told them that I'm struggling to get hold of the Tracking company which is Bidtrack, one of King Price's also confirmed via email that they also struggling to get hold of the Tracking company. My question is.. How long should I wait for my car to be fixed because the issue of the Tracking company is beyond my control and there's absolutely nothing that I can do about it. I'm struggling to go to work because King Price can't process my claim due to Tracker. I'm currently losing my patiency and what frustrates me the most is that I'm paying the premiums every month.
