2 cars are insured with me as im the regular drivers on both cars one is a family car one is a small car that is petrol sufficient in town for me to drive more often. But when i take trips and want to let the kids sit comfy we drive the family car even to school but mostly the small car.

My car that is financed under my name and insured under my name got hit by thunder while my partner was driving. Hes 32 so he is age verified and has a valid driver license to drive my car as long as he doesnt drive it more often then me. And he doesnt as he has his own vehicle ( we have 3 vehicles) of 1 is a bakkie that he always drives. But on that very day he wanted to drive my car as i asked him to go somewhere. Now king price is coming with stories to pay out this is ridiculous i never heard you are not allowed to have 3 cars or be the main driver of 2 vehicles. We have sent proof we own all 3 vehicles And then they asked me to send proof of insurance as they wanted to check im not double covered my car insurance and i have sent all the proof they need to show this. And bow someone needs to verify that my partner can actually drive and he has a valid driver's license. Im definitely not happy with them at all. Mazda we own from 2018 Np200 owed from 2019 Datsun owned from 2024 And this is our first claim ever and this is the service we getting and it is not like it was a accident we cant drive.it was thunder that hit the car out of our hands
