Pro rata debit

<div>Hi please explain how we go into covid phone and make arrangement and still have accounts debited with some form of covid relief. Now i get told i need to pay pro rata fee to be covered again untill my next debit order can go off. BUt iam still not earning a full salary and who has the money now to pay pro rata on a uif salary. Please you guys this doesnot make sense. How the hek must one do this and still keep the lights on and feed a family</div>
