Just had a great customer experience with Prince Musa, at King Price. If more customer-interfacing consultants were to deal with clients like Prince, who also had a great perspective (and empathy) of what so many customers are experiencing in respect of Covid19 and the financial challenges it has brought about, this would cause more customers to flood King Price! Customer retention, through great relationships are priceless! Well done Prince, you have brought great pride and honour to the King Price brand! #kingprice
