Price Increases

I am generally happy with the service I receive from King Price. A little improvement is needed in terms of communication of price increases. The communication should atleast include, the percentage, amount, basis of the increase, especially when the increase is above 23% because to us as customers it might seem a little unreasonable. This communication will assist us in understanding why the increase and what influenced the increase. However, King Price offers discounts regularly and anytime you can ask for the review of the policy to fit your financial needs they always deliver and King Price always meets my expectation.
