Price increase after 2 years without claiming

<p>Me and my wife have been using King Price insurance for the past 2 years. The price of both our cars was going down each month untill my wife saw that the premium from the last 2 months is higher than we started with. I tried contacting them and finally after 4 hours I got a response. The person was so rude over the phone and he said he doen`t care if they lose a client. We had to take a R4000 minimum claim payment on both cars in case anything happens. I would just like to know how can my insurance be R200 more than we started with 2 years ago. We have never claimed anything. This is complely absurd. Stay away people. King Price is a ****. </p>
