Premiums go up, service goes down
Someone bumped my car from behind - not my fault. My premiums sky rocketed and King Price are dragging their feet to sort out the 3rd party excess. I was promised weekly updates, (as weekly an update every 7 days in sufficient) i barely get an update monthly and i have to beg for it. It really doesn't take months to retrieve the 3rd party fee, but insurances companies will make you believe so.
Services is shoddy and my premium increase in unreasonable. I look forward to trying out Naked Insurance. I now lack trust in King Price.
