Premium Reduction and Great Service

I think I took a gamble in 2012 when I insured with KP who had just been founded the same year. They gave me the cheapest premium for the best value and I've unfortunately had to claim 3 times in 5 years and I must say that I've received the best service, timeosly and of good quality. What recently got me chuffed is a query I logged regarding my premium which I noticed increased due to risk profile and claim history. I however stated that the value of my car is constantly experiencing reduction. Within 3 hours of logging the query, I was contacted and serviced by Tumi Moleele who reviewed and reduced by premium by over R300. Count me in as one chuffed king.
