Premium Promised and never delivered

I took a policy in April and was promised a premium of R362 (and an excess of R2500) and was told that I would be called back to finalise the policy as the person I was on the line with couldn't finalise it. After being called back, I was then told that they cannot give me that premium anymore. Jacky from retentions was supposed to listen to the calls and get back to me. Needless to say, I am STILL waiting. And in the meantime I have been allocated a higher premium which has already been debited from my account. This is such poor service. I was considering moving all my policies to King Price, but after this terrible service, I wont even recommend King Price to anyone. If this isn't fixed soon, I will cancel my policy and take a policy with a insurance provider that wants to keep their customers happy.
