Premium Increased by R450 without confirmation

I am with King Price Insurance for just more than 2 Years now. And I have been a happy client until recently I found out that they Increased my Premium with R450 a month. From February 2015 they started to deduct R1,242.86 whereby my Premium was below R900 which decreased from February 2013. They did not event notice me that my Premium is going to Increase with R450, no email was received no call was given to me. I started to notice this because I sold my car a week ago, if I did not sell my car and check my bank statements I wouldn't event noticed. The value of the car that I am buying at the moment is much less than the one I had, and they quote me R150 more. The car has 2 trackers inside, parked in very High Security area over night and during the day. At the moment I am very frustrated and I wont recommend King Price to any of my colleagues.
