Premium increase / But no more excess payment.

#BLACKFRIDAY.I recently had premium increase , It was quite concerning .I phoned into King Price and spoke to a consultant who informed me it was annual rerate increase , I then requested to speak to manager and she connected me to the management team whom is able to assist with the reduction in premium. I then spoke to Lisa whom reduced my premium by a liitle and . and also explained to me before i was paying an excess of R1500 on my household contents ,however it the value of the my household has increased and I wont be paying any excess in the event of a claim, i was then put at ease and satisfied.
