Premium increase
I have been with King Price for just over a year. I was in a bumper bash earlier in the year in 2015 but did a 3rd party claim from the insurance of the person that hit me. When the time came for the yearly increase...my premiums went up by R400. I wrote a complaint here on Hellopeter & received a call from their representative that agreed that if I stay...my premium will be decreased to R982. In November R982 was deducted but in December R1174 was deducted & R1162 now in January.

What happened to the premium decreasing every month??? Please refund me the money you over debited for the past 2 months & cancel my contract. I'm sick of this now.

Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs or parts and repairs... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
We note that Brenda from our retentions department has been in contact with you to discuss your concerns as well as the way forward. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact.
Royal regards
