Premium going up after claiming.

Good day King price am your client since 2015 KP*** why is it you raise your premiums after a claim? Does it mean that I should not claim? Every time I claim my premium goes up. Shouldn't you be getting your money back from the 3rd party?

Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!   These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly.  And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.   But you know we do our best to save you as much money as possible.... So we have sent a copy of your message on to our Client Care division, who will be in touch shortly to discuss your policy.

Got the phone call and thank you. Yes it was confirmed that after a claim premiums always go up (Information you dont tell us when signing up with you). They go up even after providing 3rd party details so that you guys can claim your money back for repairs. After a successful payout from the 3rd party what you only pay back is the access and not the difference from the increase in premiums. Guess when one signs a contract with you guys you putting a signature to be **********.
