Precious Mbambo was able to tell me there is a broker ( and fee) attached to my policy
Precious Mbambo was able to tell me there is a broker ( and fee) attached to my policy. Iv never had nor requested nor engaged a broker since inception of my policy. I would like this investigated. Precious was exceptional and efficient in her service- much appreciate the timeous processing of requests
