Pray you never have to claim
Great until you actually need them. My advise is that rather pay the extra R200 in premiums from competitors because should you need to claim you will learn how much of a sham king price is.
Their business model relies on shady panel beaters with poor workmanship. You will be shocked at how little they care about getting your vehicle sorted. I repeat rather pay extra with other insurers that are actually interested in restoring your vehicle to its pre accident state. Instead you will get shipped to a 3rd party and kind price give 0 tucks.

22 Oct 2025, 11:13I got in touch with your service provider Fixico and have been informed that the panel beaters I was instructed to take my vehicle to are not OEM certified and that should I have warranty issues the panel beaters would be on the hook (king price ans it's service provider Fixico would keep all monies paid to them however).
I repeat when it comes to King price pray you do not have to claim as their post claim service is seriously concerning. Chalk and cheese, at on-boarding you are dealing with world class company once you have claimed it is a web of third parties each with little to no reputation to protect.
