poorest service or lack of service

I had submitted a claim regarding a water leak damage at my property. King Price sent their own accessor who can came up with his own assumption that the damage was caused by lack of ventilation at my place that a water leak that was reported. Even their escalation department did exactly the same thing. I would never recommend anyone to use this insurance if you are serious about insurance of your goods.
