POOREST SERVICE EVER
My car is insured with them and got hail damage in December 2019. IT IS STILL NOT FIXED!!!!! With regards to their claims department. When trying to get hold of them, going patiently through all the options, pressing the correct buttons and the voice saying to hold for the operator and then it says they will get into contact with me and cuts me off... I have been doing this a few times with a lot of frustration. Then they never get back to you...

Our SEM department have tried calling you but to no avail, we will continue to try.
