poor unreliable service

I received a quote telephonically on Thursday, i asked for a copy to be mailed but i was told it cant be mailed. How must i make an informed decision. I then said that they need to call me back on Monday. This never happened. I posted again my contact detail on their site and a person phoned me but he experienced problems with his system and promised to phone me back. Thereafter no person phoned me despite me posting many times on their site my contact detail and sending 2 emails to their client care division.
