Poor Service Yet again from King Price

Yet again after i have log a claim i need to phone them for info regarding my claim, info giving back to are wrong. i log a claim for my dents on my car a friend of mine log his the same day he already having some coming to look at his claim, after me phoning them again i am waiting for the authorization quote so they can go ahead. its like they red flagged my policy with them. every time i have a claim with them i have issues need to start looking at other insurance companies. yet again i am waiting for King Prices poor service delivery and have to phone them again its like they only receive a salary and not following up on their claims to customers this is now my 4 time claiming and every time i have to phone them to find out what is happening. KP*** they want to sell all these benefits and products but when actually needing to use it King price is useless.
