Poor service, ********* behavior

What kind of nonsense is this? I told you that I want to cancel my contract with you, you are busy saying you gonna talk to your manager. I need my contract to be cancelled or hell will break loose. Now you have deducted money from my account. Let's please not waste each other's time. I have found a better insurance and as a consumer I'm entitled to be on an insurance that I want. This is day light ******* and *********. I suggest you do what you are suppose to do. You are totatally out of the consumer protection act.
