Poor service to us
My wife helen sithole got road by hitting a dog at matsulu in nelspruit sat on 30th January 2016,and then I reported the matter the same day they send a tow truck from malalane auto body &towing and I was advised to claim on working days that was on Monday 1st /02/2016 that we did log on at claim department but since then they' have been lying to us that they will send assessors by Tuesday when we phone Tuesday they said no Wednesday when my wife try to phone on Wednesday they said they're offline what is this ? Where is royalty you promised us you don't give us feed back bad thing enough is the car is far from us we're in centurion Pretoria and the car is at there towing company in malalane nelspruit please stop giving us stories help us as soon as possible as my wife doesn't have another car I have to drop her everyday our claim number is CKP*** much painful comes when our lawyer phoned MEGAN CLARKS promise him they will get back to him by which never did so what at nelspruit they start *****ing some parts of our what we gonna do because really now I don't trust where car is we pay you nicely why can you treat as we to you please help I don't need your stories just fix this?
