Poor service, staff not friendly

I am honestly disappointed in the service I have received from King Price regarding their BP Promotion. No feedback, i called multiple times regarding the sms that was supposed to be sent, on top of that i dealt with a consultant in their client care department by the name of Kgomotso who was cold to say the least. I was considering being a client and adding my content, but if ita a struggle to get an sms or at the very least friendly staff, I dont feel comfortable insuring my valuables with them. I am truly disappointed
