Poor service resulting in delayed house transfer

I decided to use KP for building insurance when purchasing a property. <br> <br> First it took several weeks and a lot of intervention for ABSA to accept their policy document. They also were unable to start the policy on date of registration and wanted a specific day.<br> <br> After debiting my account 3 times and having to refund me each time they said that they need to cancel the policy and reinstate it at a later date. <br> <br> Now the bond attorneys need the policy schedule in order to issue guarantees and KP is unable for some reason to provide it after 2 weeks.<br> <br> They do not return my calls and it seems that no one is able to help. <br> <br> The result of KP's inability to deliver is that the bond attorneys are unable to provide guarantees and I am now in breech of contract. I may very well be subject to penalties and could even loose the deal.<br> <br> In order to switch to a different provider at this time my bank would need to reissue the instruction and I would be subject to additional costs or worse an unfavorable underwriting decision.<br> <br> Please please please help!
